MyCore Supplements Ltd. use An Post and General Logistics Systems (GLS) to deliver your orders safely.
If we do not have a product or flavour in stock we will contact you to see if you’d like a refund or to take an alternative product or flavour.
Dispatch Times:
Ireland/Northern Ireland
Delivery 1-2 Days (Monday to Friday). Delivery with An Post or GLS.
United Kingdom
Delivery 3-7 Days (Monday to Friday). Delivery with Parcel Force. Delays may occur due to customs checks.
Expect to pay additional customs charges. These may include VAT, Customs Duty and Admin Fees.
E.U.
Delivery times vary depending on your country. Expect up to 10 days. Delivery with GLS.

Orders of €70 or over – FREE
Orders under €70 – €5.99
UK(Excluding Northern Ireland)
Orders of €150 or over – FREE
Orders under €150 – €9.99
Rest of E.U. – depends on country
If the order is made before 2pm on a weekday your order will be dispatched that day.
Delivery Notes
It is of the utmost importance that we try to get your parcel delivered on the first attempt. This way everyone is happy.
Here are some suggestions on how we can make this happen:
• Provide your most updated Mobile or Telephone Number.
• Your most recent Email address
• Please ensure that someone is home to sign for the parcel. (This can be you or a friend or family member)
If that’s not possible……..
• Arrange to have your delivery sent to your workplace;
If that’s no good………………..
• You may know of a trusted neighbour who would be able to sign for your package.
REMEMBER TO PUT ANY NOTES LIKE THIS IN THE COMMENTS BOX OF YOUR ORDER
An Post Tracking/Change of Address/Redelivery
An Post will send a text message with your delivery details to the phone number given when ordering.

to 5pm Monday to Friday and from 9am to 2pm on Saturdays at

Regarding changing address you can go online and amend the address but
only you have the authority to do this as you are the official owner of
the parcel. You can do this by following this link:

Delivery Terms
MyCore Supplements reserves the right to amend any shipping costs that have been incorrectly selected. For example; any person in the United Kingdom/Channel Islands/Europe who does not select the correct shipping charge will have this amount automatically added to their order at the charging stage.
Finally, we accept that unfortunately there may sometimes be occasions when, for some reason, there is a problem with delivery. It may arrive late; it may arrive damaged; it may not arrive at all. In any of these cases, we will endeavour to ensure that a replacement is arranged with the absolute minimum of fuss for you.
Incorrect delivery information as stated by the customer is the responsibility of the customer, who will be charged €9.95 if we make a collection on their behalf.
Whilst we do try to keep all our info pages polite and friendly, for legal reasons brought about by a minority of our customers, we do need to state that it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that they are present to sign for the parcel. MyCore Supplements, An Post or GLS can not be held liable for failed deliveries unless any of those parties has been negligent in their duty to deliver.
We reserve the right to cancel an order up to the point of delivery.
