How it works

Each piece of Energy Gum contains 50mg of caffeine (and B vitamins) which is released from the gum as you chew. The caffeine and vitamins are absorbed through your saliva and gums. This bypasses your digestion system meaning that these active ingredients enter your bloodstream much more quickly than digestible caffeine pills, drinks, or foods.

Directions for use

We recommend not exceeding 4 pieces of Energy Gum per day. Remember, one piece of Energy Gum contains 50mg of caffeine, which is approximately the same amount as one espresso.

Store in a cool, dry place. Keep out of reach of children under 16 years of age. Contains caffeine. Not recommended for children or pregnant women (200 mg/100g). Excessive consumption may produce laxative effects. A varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle is important.

Vitamin B6 contributes to normal energy-yielding metabolism.

When should I take Energy Gum before I want to feel the effects?

Since the caffeine in Energy Gum is absorbed via your gums and saliva, rather than through your digestion system, it usually only takes 5 minutes to feel the effects. Caffeine will stay in your body for several hours.
