Additional Top Tip: Kinetica Energy is a great work out buddy for some of our other products – try mixing it with Kinetica Electrolytes or taking it with Kinetica Creatine, which is better absorbed with carbohydrates.
Why Kinetica Energy?

When to take it?
- Taking Energy during training to stop energy stores depleting. It can also be taken before if you need a boost before you even begin
- How? Every 15 to 20 minutes.
- How to mix? 1 to 2 scoops (depending on body weight) to 350mls of water.
