OstroVit Omega 3-6-9 is a dietary supplement in capsules containing omega 3 fatty acids (EPA, DHA, ALA), Omega 6 (LA) and Omega 9 (OA), enriched with vitamin E. Omega 3 and omega fatty acids 6 and omega 9 are essential unsaturated fatty acids. Ingredients

Fish oil, flax seed oil, sunflower seed oil, gelatin, humectant – glycerol; water; DL-alpha-tocopheryl acetate (vitamin E).

The product may contain milk (including lactose), soy, peanuts, other nuts, sesame seeds, oats, eggs, crustaceans, fish.

Suggested Use

Consume 1 serving (1 capsule) a day, preferably after a meal. Drink with the right amount of water.

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose for consumption. Dietary supplement can not be used as a substitute (replacement) of a varied diet. A balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle are recommended.
